Burger Mania was born on a summer's day in 2012. After years of eating mediocre burgers, I decided to drop everything and build the burger shack of my dreams. High-quality ingredients, delicious recipes, lots of TLC. Not to mention a funky interior design, great music and super hip atmosphere.

Ciao! I'm Sergio, and preparing delicious food is more than just my profession; it’s my passion, my pastime, and my greatest obsession. Pizzas, in particular, are like a canvas for culinary creativity. I love the sensation of kneading the dough to the perfect shape, exploring endless topping combinations, and cooking over an open flame. There’s something truly magical that unfolds in that process.
